I will be working as a legal assistant, primarily helping on affordable housing projects, but I’ll also be pitching in generally to improve work processes. I was attracted to working at Sanford Holshouser because of their commitment to making North Carolina a better place which appealed to the sense of mission I was looking for in my next position.
I grew up in Northern Virginia and spent several years in the Army, including working as a Master Electrician/Weapons Specialist on Apache Helicopters (that’s 68X for those wondering). Since leaving the Army I have been active in veterans-related nonprofit work in Durham and also worked as an executive administrator for several small businesses in the area.
I live in Wake Forest with my wife, Heather, who works as an IT applications specialist for Duke University Health Systems while pursuing an MBA at Duke’s Fuqua School.
