He’ll be working primarily on our local government finance projects, but also contributing to our work on community economic development and affordable housing. We’re excited to have him here.

Sam grew up in the Triad. Both of his parents work in local government planning. He attended UNC-Chapel Hill for his undergraduate studies and most recently North Carolina Central University School of Law School. Additionally, Sam graduated Magna Cum Laude and was the managing editor of the Law Review. He resides in Durham with his wife Tori and their two dogs, Luke and Stella.
