Public-Private Partnerships

Local governments see both a huge need for additional services and great opportunities for development projects. In each case it can be useful to leverage resources from the private sector. We take pride in our ability to make help you make a good deal – not just any deal. It’s no “partnership” if the local government takes all the risks without any upside. We are also familiar with how the Local Government Commission will evalutate any private partner contract that needs the LGS’s approval (and many of them will).
